This grilled steak salad in a flatbread has a spicy kick with Jalapeño Ranch dressing and crispy jalapeños.
1 loaf of frozen bread dough
1 lb. package of flat iron steak
1 (5 oz.) package of mixed greens
1 cup NatureSweet® Cherubs tomatoes
½ cup OPA by Litehouse™ Jalapeño Ranch Dressing
¼ cup Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Jalapeños
2 Tbls melted butter
2 tsp. garlic salt salt and pepper
Defrost the bread dough and let it rise according to package directions. Tear the bread into four sections and roll out into a thin circle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic salt on each side. Prep the flat iron steak with salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, heat the grill to medium heat. Grill the steak about 4-5 minutes on each side. Grill each flat-bread until grill marks appear on each side. Mix the greens, tomatoes and dressing in a bowl. Add the sliced steak. Fill each flatbread with the salad mixture and sprinkle with the crispy jalapenos.
