This zesty dish contains great flavor yet is mild enough for even the little ones to enjoy.

Ingredients

4 eaChicken Breasts, boneless, skinless, and halved
2 tbspTaco Seasoning
1 tbspFresh Jalapenos, diced
1 ½ cupMexican Cheese Blend, shredded
1 cupLitehouse® Salsa
1 tbspLitehouse® Instantly Fresh Spring Onions

Optional:

1 eaSour Cream

For Garnish:

1 eaLitehouse® Instantly Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°. Place chicken breasts in a slightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning, spring onions and jalapenos over chicken breasts and then top with Litehouse® Salsa. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Cilantro. Serve with sour cream.
