Ingredients: 2 ea Red Apples, sweet, sliced and peeled; ¼ cup Lime juice, fresh; ½ cup Green Cabbage, shredded; ½ cup Red Cabbage, shredded; 1 tbsp Sweet Onion, grated; 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar; ¼ cup Litehouse® Bleu Cheese Crumbles; ¼ cup Litehouse® Gorgonzola Crumbles; 1 cup Litehouse® Original Bleu Cheese; 1 cup Litehouse® Big Bleu; 1 cup Litehouse® Chunky Bleu Cheese

This crunchy side dish makes a wonderful accompaniment to pork.

Ingredients

2 eaRed Apples, sweet, sliced and peeled
¼ cupLime juice, fresh
½ cupGreen Cabbage, shredded
½ cupRed Cabbage, shredded
1 tbspSweet Onion, grated
1 tbspRed Wine Vinegar

Cheese choices:

¼ cupLitehouse® Bleu Cheese Crumbles
¼ cupLitehouse® Gorgonzola Crumbles

Dressing choices:

1 cupLitehouse® Original Bleu Cheese
1 cupLitehouse® Big Bleu
1 cupLitehouse® Chunky Bleu Cheese

Directions

Dip apple slices in lime juice and combine the green and red cabbage in medium bowl. Mix Litehouse® dressing, onion, and vinegar in small bowl. Pour half of dressing over salad and toss in Litehouse® Cheese. Add more dressing as desired. Serve chilled.
