Caramel Brownies Recipe

Serves 12 | Finish in 50 minutes

These caramel brownies are the easiest brownies ever! With just a handful of ingredients and less than an hour cook time, you can have fudgy, decadent brownies that taste just as good as homemade with a fraction of the work. Grab your favorite brownie mix and a carton of Litehouse’s Old Fashioned Caramel dip to make this easy dessert.


  • 1 18oz. package Brownie Mix
  • Water, Eggs, Oil, as needed for brownie mix
  • ¾ cup Litehouse® Old Fashioned Caramel Dip, warmed


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a brownie pan or 8x8 pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, then pour the caramel over top and gently spread out evenly using a spatula or spoon. Pour the rest of the brownie batter on top, then gently spread out evenly.
  4. Bake according to package directions, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool, then remove brownies and slice into 12 squares.
