Tuscan Herbed Chicken with Sun-dried Tomato Cream & Avocado Salsa

Serves 4 | Finish in 5 Hours

Wow your guests with this Litehouse favorite.


4 boneless/skinless chicken breast (6-8oz)
1 bottle Litehouse® Tuscan Herb With Lemon

Sundried Tomato Cream
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sundried tomato pesto
1 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic

Avocado Salsa
1 Avocado
1 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper
1/4 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Cilantro


Marinate chicken in Litehouse® dressing for 4 hours. Flour and pan sear each side. Place on sheet pan, add 1/2 cup white wine and 2 Tbsp. butter. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes. Top with sauce and avocado salsa.

For Sauce
Sauté Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic, add white wine, reduce by 50%, add cream and reduce by 50%, add pesto and serve (You can use corn starch as a thickening agent if desired).

For Salsa
Coarsely chop avocado and add Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Cilantro, red bell pepper, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss mixture together and squeeze 1/4 of a fresh lime over the top.
