Do pizza night up right! Turn a sad, simple frozen cheese pizza into a gourmet masterpiece with these quick, easy and outrageously tasty tips.
- 1 large frozen cheese pizza
- 1 to 2 cups salad bar toppings of choice (like spinach, kale, zucchini, carrots, beets, tomatoes, peas, onions, artichokes, corn, pineapple, mandarin orange slices, etc.)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or pizza blend cheese
- 1 container Avocado Dip from Litehouse Foods
Preheat oven to 450 F degrees.
Unwrap frozen pizza and place on vented pizza pan. Allow pizza to thaw, or mostly thaw, for at least 10 minutes.
Cut down larger salad bar toppings into smaller bite-sized chunks, if needed. Pat away any juices with a paper towel.
Distribute toppings evenly on top of thawed, uncooked pizza.
Sprinkle evenly with additional shredded cheese.
Place in pre-heated oven for approximately 8 minutes, or until crust browning and cheese bubbling. Thicker crusts could take longer.
Remove from oven and let rest a couple minutes before drizzling with Avocado Ranch Dip (or can be served on side).
Slice and enjoy.
