Ingredients
- 4slices thick sliced white bread
- 2 tbspmayonnaise
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cupshredded rotisserie chicken
- 4slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbspLitehouse Jalapeño
- 1 tspLitehouse Dill
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each bread slice. Place two slices, mayo side down, on the hot skillet.
Layer with cheese, chicken, bacon, and sprinkle with jalapeño and dill. Top with another slice of cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top, mayo side up.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes, pressing lightly with a spatula, until the cheese is melted and the bread is evenly browned. Slice in half and serve hot.
