This Harvest Charcuterie Board is a festive collection of sweet and pungent flavors, celebrating the juxtaposition of pecans tossed in Old Fashioned Caramel Sauce, with strong cheeses like Blue Cheese and Gorgonzola. Perfect to usher in the holiday season!
1. Bring a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add pecans to the pan. Stir, and toast for 2 minutes.2. Add 3 tbsp. Litehouse®Old-Fashioned Caramel Dip and 1 tsp. Litehouse® Dried Sage to the saucepan along with the pecans. Stir until well coated. Let Pecans caramelize until well coated and slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.3. Assemble the Harvest charcuterie board by placing the jar of Litehouse®Old-Fashioned Caramel Dip in the center. Working in clumps, arrange the rest of the ingredients on the board. Separate the Simply Artisan Gorgonzola Cheese from the Simply Artisan Blue Cheese with fruit. Separate the slices of Prosciutto and Salami from each other with Granola Clusters and fruit.
