Directions

Cut the top and bottom off of the pepper, scrap out the seeds and julienne.Cut top and bottom off of each radish and thinly slice (use a mandolin for even slices). Place the pepper and radishes in a bowl along with the shredded carrots and Litehouse Coleslaw. Mix and serve.
