This Bowl is on Fire

Serves 2-4 | Finish in 20 minutes


  • ½ Bag Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 6 Radishes
  • ½ Jar Litehouse Coleslaw


Cut the top and bottom off of the pepper, scrap out the seeds and julienne. Cut top and bottom off of each radish and thinly slice (use a mandolin for even slices). Place the pepper and radishes in a bowl along with the shredded carrots and Litehouse Coleslaw. Mix and serve.
