Beef and Tomato Noodle Soup

Serves 8 | Finish in 1 hour 10 minutes

When it's cold outside, there's nothing better than sitting in with a simple and filling soup!


1 lb lean ground beef

1 onion, diced

2 tsp Instantly Fresh Garlic

1/2 tsp Instantly Fresh Basil

1/2 Instantly Fresh Oregano

1/2 Instantly Fresh Parsley

1/4 cup tomato paste

1 - 900 ml carton beef broth

2 - 28 oz cans diced tomatoes

1/4 cup tomato paste

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

2-3 heaping cups cooked pasta


In a large pot or dutch oven, brown the ground beef.  Drain and rinse well.

Add the beef back to the pot with the chopped onions, garlic, herbs and tomato paste.  Stir and cook for a few minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the pasta and let the soup come up to a boil.  Turn the heat down and simmer for an hour.  Add the pasta and serve.
