Apple & Blue Cheese Slaw

Serves 2 - 4 | Finish in 15 minutes

This crunchy side dish makes a wonderful accompaniment to pork.


2 sweet red apples, sliced and peeled
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 Tbsp. grated sweet onion
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Litehouse® Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Litehouse® Gorgonzola Crumbles
1 cup Litehouse® Original Bleu Cheese ,
Litehouse® Big Bleu, or
Litehouse® Chunky Bleu Cheese 


Dip apple slices in lime juice and combine the green and red cabbage in medium bowl. Mix Litehouse® dressing, onion, and vinegar in small bowl. Pour half of dressing over salad and toss in Litehouse® Cheese. Add more dressing as desired. Serve chilled.
