Vietnamese Noodle Salad

Serves 4 | Finish in 15 minutes

1 Chinese Cabbage, shredded

1/2 Red Bell Pepper, slivered

1/2 Orange or Yellow Bell Pepper, slivered

1 Cup Edamame, shelled

4 Green Onions, chopped

2 Carrots, shredded

12 ounces thin Asian Vermicilli noodles

1 Lime

1/2 bottle Litehouse Sirarcha Lime


Combine vegetables.  Stir in 1/2 bottle of Sriracha Lime dressing.  Taste and add more dressing to your liking.  Serve with a wedge of lime.
