This salad takes a slightly twist on a traditional classic recipe and is perfect to use up your tomato harvest!
4 large beefsteak tomatoes
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
½ cup bacon bits
Litehouse Original Blue Cheese
1. Wash and dry the tomatoes.
2. Slice each tomato into 6 wedges, leaving the bottoms of the tomato intact.
3. Carefully spread open the wedges of the tomatoes and evenly divide the lettuce and bacon bits between each of the tomatoes.
4. Drizzle each tomato with the dressing and finish with fresh cracked pepper and salt if desired.
