Spinach Parmesan Meatballs

Serves 6 | Finish in 40 minutes

These scrumptiously aromatic meatballs will be a fantastic addition to your favorite pasta, sandwich, or anything of your choice! 


1 lb. ground beef
½ box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
2 eggs
1 cup Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch Dip
¼ cup Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic
1 cup Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Red Onion
2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Parsley
1 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Oregano


Preheat the oven to 400°. Wet Stove Top Stuffing Mix with a little water, then mash with hands. Add to large bowl and combine with ground beef, Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch Dip, eggs, Litehouse® garlic, onion, parsley, and oregano. Mix all ingredients well until thoroughly combined. Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, measure meat, then divide in two so that each meatball is ⅛ cup. Roll into little meatballs. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and flip balls. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
