Sesame Chicken Soba Bowls

Serves 4 | Finish in 25 minutes


  • 8 oz. Uncooked Soba
  • 8 oz. Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 2 6oz. skinless, boneless Chicken Breast Halves, cubed
  • 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Dark Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lower-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped
  • ¼ c. + 3 tbsp. Litehouse® Sesame Ginger dressing


  1. Combine the chicken and ¼ cup Litehouse® Sesame Ginger dressing in a bowl and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add soba and cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli to pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until soba and broccoli are done. Drain.
  3. Heat a large wok or sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Add chicken to pan and cook for 5-6 minutes, until no longer pink in the center.
  4. Combine the remaining Litehouse® Sesame Ginger dressing, rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, soy sauce, crushed red pepper and garlic in measuring cup, stirring with a whisk. Add the noodle mixture to the pan with the chicken and drizzle with sauce mixture, tossing to combine. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and green onions and serve.
