Potstickers are super quick and easy to make and are a filling lunch option.
- ½ lb. Ground Pork
- 1 tsp. Litehouse® Freeze Dried Ginger
- 1 tsp. Litehouse® Freeze Dried Garlic
- 1 tsp. Litehouse® Freeze Dried Chives
- ½ c. Chopped Nappa Cabbage
- 20 Wonton Wrappers
- 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Litehouse® Sesame Ginger Dressing
Place the ginger, garlic and chives into a small bowl and add in ¼ cup of water to rehydrate. Leave for 10 minutes.
Remove the herbs from the water and chop finely. Place them in a bowl with the pork, cabbage and season with salt and pepper.
Lay out 1 wonton wrapper and place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center. Dip your finger into a dish of water and run it around the edge of the wrapper. Fold over the wrap, creating a triangle and press the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wraps and filling.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add in the vegetable oil. Place the potstickers in a single layer and cover with a lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then turn them over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove them from the pan and serve immediately with a side of Sesame Ginger dressing.
