This layered wedge salad with Blue Cheese dressing is layered in a pan making it easy to serve as a side dish at potlucks!
1 small head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 (4 oz) container of Litehouse Blue Cheese crumbles
10 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup Litehouse Organic Blue Cheese dressing
1/2 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed
grape or cherry tomatoes

Litehouse Instantly Fresh Chives
1. In a 9x13 pan, place half of the lettuce. Top with half of the bacon, sweet corn, red onion, chives, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing.
2. Top with the remaining lettuce.
3. Top the lettuce with remaining ingredients.
