Homemade Herb Butter Recipe

Serves 8 | Finish in 10 mins

Flavorful accompaniment to corn on the cob or steamed vegetables.


  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 4 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Salad Herb Blend 
  • 1/2 tsp. lime zest (or lemon zest)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cream the butter and blend in the Litehouse® herbs and lime zest.
  2. Shape in log between wax paper and chill for 5 hours.
  3. Slice into small rounds and use to season vegetables or corn on the cob.

Makes 1/2 pound.
