Herb Roasted Chicken

Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Parsley
Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic 
Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Sage 
Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Thyme 
2 tsp fresh Rosemary
1 whole Chicken
1/2 Lemon (juiced)
4 Tbsp melted Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Additional Sides (optional):
Carrots, potatoes, celery, squash and onions





Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the herbs, salt ,pepper, and lemon juice with a little bit of water to rehydrate the herbs. Rub inside of chicken with herb mixture. Place chicken in a shallow roasting pan with vegetables around the sides and roast for 20 minutes per pound. Baste with melted butter several times. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees.
