Grilled Dilly Salmon Recipe

Serves 4 | Finish in 30 minutes

Litehouse® Dilly Dip and lime combine to make a delicious, moist salmon fillet that is full of flavor!


4 salmon filets (6 oz. each)
1 fresh lime, halved
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Litehouse® Dilly Dip 


Preheat oven to 350°. Rinse the salmon filets under cold water and pat dry. Squeeze the juice from the half of lime over the filets; season with salt and pepper. Whisk the juice from the other part of the lime with the 1/2 cup of Litehouse® Dilly Dip. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. mixutre onto each filet and spread to cover the filet. Bake the salmon about 12-15 minutes or until done to your liking.
