Easter Egg Salad with Litehouse Homestyle Ranch

Ingredients

2 ea(6-ounce) packages Fresh Express® Sweet Butter® Lettuce
1 cupNatureSweet® Cherrub Tomatoes, cut in half
4 eaHard Boiled Eggs, peeled, chopped
½ cupShredded Carrots
½ cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1 eaLitehouse® Homestyle Ranch Dressing

Directions

Place the Fresh Express® Sweet Butter® Lettuce on an oval platter.Arrange the tomatoes, eggs, carrots and cheddar cheese in rows across the lettuce to create a painted Easter egg design.Once salad is served, drizzle each portion with Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch dressing.
