Cheesy Chicken Taquitos

Serves 4-6 | Finish in 25 minutes

These taquitos are the perfect after-school snack or great to serve at parties.


2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

6 medium flour tortillas

Litehouse Salsa Ranch Dressing, for serving


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine chicken, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and cheese in a medium bowl. Mix gently to even distribute spices and cheese.

Warm tortillas slightly so that they are pliable. Evening divide chicken mixture between the tortillas. Roll the tortillas and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

Cut taquitos in half at a diagonal and serve warm with Litehouse Salsa Ranch Dressing.
