Caprese French Bread Pizza

Serves 4 | Finish in 30 minutes

Skip the homemade dough today and enjoy this fast, simple and delicious pizza for a since of unexpected decadence!


  • French Bread Loaf
  • 1/4 c. Litehouse® Balsamic Dressing
  • 12 Fresh Mozzarella Slices
  • 12 Roma Tomato Slices
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste


Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Slice the French bread in half and lay them cut side up on a large baking sheet.
Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the bread and top with cheese and tomato slices
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Cool the pizza for 10 minutes then top with basil.  Slice and serve.
