What would be a better addition to a cheese platter than a hunk of Blue Cheese-Chive Butter?
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1½ oz. Litehouse® Blue Cheese Crumbles or Simply Artisan Reserve™ Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Chives
Combine butter, Litehouse® Blue Cheese Crumbles in medium bowl and mix with stiff rubber spatula until smooth. Fold in chives. Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. onto cooked steak or veggies. Makes about ½ cup. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
