Bacon and Ranch Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

Serves 12 | Finish in 25 minutes

Bacon and Ranch Jalapeno Poppers will be a hit at your next party!


  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices of thin cut bacon
  • 6 Jalapeno peppers


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half and remove the membranes and seeds.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, salt and pepper, reserving any leftovers for another batch.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Slice the bacon in half then wrap it around each jalapeno.  Securing with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place the jalapenos on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through. 
  7. Serve warm.
