Give your All Star a healthy and energy boosting snack with these fun and flavorful snack kabobs. Protein packed turkey roll ups, hydrating vegetables, and fun cheese shapes, will provide enough energy for your All Star to give their all without weighing them down during practice.
- 2 large Spinach Tortillas
- 6 oz. Turkey Deli Meat
- 1/4 c. Litehouse® Ranch Dip
- 2-4 oz. Cheese, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and seeded
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the ranch dip onto each tortilla. Top each with 3 ounces of the lunch meat then roll up into a tight log. Slice the logs into 1 inch slices.
- Use a small cookie cutter to cut 4 shapes out of the cheese slices. Slice the cucumber into 1/2 inch slices.
- Skewer a few tortilla pinwheels, tomatoes, cucumbers, and two cheese shapes onto 6 in. bamboo skewers.
