Give your All Star a healthy and energy boosting snack with these fun and flavorful snack kabobs. Protein packed turkey roll ups, hydrating vegetables, and fun cheese shapes, will provide enough energy for your All Star to give their all without weighing them down during practice.
2 large spinach tortillas
6 ounces turkey or chicken deli meat
1/4 c. Opadipity by Litehouse Greek Yogurt Dip in your favorite flavor
2-4 ounces cheese sliced into 1/2 inch slices
1 cucumber peeled and seeded
1. Spread 2 Tbsp. of the Greek yogurt dip onto each tortilla. Top each with 3 ounces of the lunch meat then roll up into a tight log. Slice the logs into 1 inch slices.
2. Use a small cookie cutter to cut 4 shapes out of the cheese slices. Slice the cucumber into 1/2 inch slices.
3. Skewer a few tortilla pinwheels, tomatoes, cucumbers, and two cheese shapes onto 6 in. bamboo skewers.
* If your All Star will be eating these on the drive to practice be sure to snip off the sharp ends of the skewers with scissors.
