One Pan Balsamic Chicken Recipe

This One Pan Balsamic Chicken has got to be the easiest meal I’ve made in quite some time. One pan, 5 ingredients and no sink full of dishes to deal with. As a major bonus, dinner can be on the table in less than 20 minutes! It’s the perfect lunch or dinner when you find yourself in a time crunch. Which seems to be more and more these days. Sometimes a rushed dinner can mean skipping on the healthy parts but not in this case. I feel good serving three different vegetables in one meal.

Litehouse Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing works so well in this one pan meal. Once you pour it over the chicken and vegetables, it hits the heat and slowly reduces into a thicker pan sauce. It’s a blend of organic ingredients that is also gluten free. So if you have anyone with sensitivities, be sure to give this dressing a try.

One pan balsamic chicken can also be cooked up and used as lunch prep for the week. Get those handy single serve containers ready to grab and go in the morning. Serve over rice or noodles, chop and mix into a green salad or create a trendy bowl with quinoa and kale.
