Lemon Pepper Wings

This past movie night we opted out of popcorn and made appetizers instead! Front and center were Lemon Pepper Wings with Litehouse Homestyle Ranch as our dip of choice. Grabbing the whole family for a movie and dinner in the living room has become a weekly event now. Our weather has been less than desirable so after a busy, activity filled week we all enjoy slipping into our comfiest pj's while relaxing with some good food!
Lemon Pepper Wings were extremely easy to make with the help of my handy air fryer but the oven works well two, just one flip mid way through cooking. Give the frozen boxed wings a break next time you're in the mood, us Litehouse ladies have you covered! There are a number of homemade wing recipes on the blog. From classic Buffalo to Sticky Sesame. Even a slow cooker option! These Lemon Pepper Wings are first dusted with a flour mixture with lemon seasonings to give them a crunchy coating then brushed with seasoned lemon and pepper butter. Depending on your family's tastes you can adjust how much cracked black pepper is used.
Over on the Litehouse website you'll find a friendly little battle going on. Homestyle Ranch vs Chunky Blue Cheese! Vote for your favourite and you could win a big game party in a box! Doesn't that sound like fun?! We are definitely a ranch family. Pizza night wouldn't be complete without a jar on hand. I simply refuse to have pizza without ranch for the crust! Wings, veggies, salads and so much more all get the royal treatment when paired with Homestyle Ranch!
