BLT Caesar Pasta Salad

Litehouse® Caesar is the perfect choice for a pasta salad that will satisfy you if the warm weather decides to disappear. The creamy dressing does not shy away from parmesan and garlic and has just the right amount of anchovy. It's my go to for a traditional Caesar salad, charred Caesar salad and an excellent topper for hasselback potatoes! For a fun twist, I used a corkscrew pasta but any pasta you have on hand will do. It took me so many years to convince my son that pasta is the same as macaroni and it tastes the same!

For serving, you can make the pasta salad in advance however I recommend leaving out the croutons and romaine lettuce until just before serving so it doesn't get all soggy and sad looking. If you want to make this more a main dish than side dish, add cooked and sliced chicken.

BLT Caesar Pasta Salad

Serves 6 | Finish in 30 minutes

A creamy Caesar salad and a BLT come together in this tasty pasta salad!


  • 2 c. Dry Pasta, about 4 cups cooked
  • 1/2 c. Litehouse® Caesar Dressing 
  • 1/2 c. Halved Grape Tomatoes 
  • 1/4 c. Diced Cooked Bacon
  • 1-2 c. Sliced Romaine Lettuce
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan and Croutons, as a garnish


  1. Cook the pasta according to al dente instructions. Cool completely.
  2. Combine the pasta, dressing, tomatoes, bacon, salt and pepper.
  3. Just before serving, add the lettuce. Top with grated parmesan and croutons.
