3 Ingredient Halloween Eyeball Cheese Appetizers

Are you throwing a Halloween party this year? This three ingredient eyeball cheese appetizer is so simple. It includes three ingredients and will be on your table in fifteen minutes- then all you have left to worry about is your spooky costume!

You can never go wrong with cheese appetizers because everyone loves them! This Simply Artisan Center Cut cheese is one of my favorite cheeses. You can simply set out the center cut with crackers, use it in other appetizers like this Gorgonzola, Grape and Honey Crostini or in meals like this Gorgonzola, Spinach and Onion Pizza. It is so versatile and I always keep it on hand.


For these 3 Ingredient eyeball appetizers, simply crumble the cheese into a bowl and roll the cheese into about seven balls. If you are serving a crowd, just double or triple the recipe by buying more center cut cheeses. A simple sliced black olive in the center of the cheese ball and a red pepper in the middle of the black olive is all you need to make these edible cheese eyeballs. How simple is that? Serve the eyeballs on toothpicks and with a variety of crackers.

Halloween Eyeball Cheese, Olives & Red Pepper Appetizer Recipe


  • 1 Litehouse® Simply Artisan Gorgonzola Cheese Center Cut
  • 2 tbsp. Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 tbsp. Red Pepper, diced


  1. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese in a bowl.
  2. Shape the cheese into 7 small balls.
  3. Place one sliced black olive in the center of each gorgonzola ball.
  4. Place one diced red pepper in the center of the black olive.
