Roasted Brussels Sprouts

With the arrival of spring, we’re looking for recipes with green goodness. Taking what nature has to offer in the already fantastic taste of brussels sprouts, we’ll just add a touch of spice to prepare one of the healthiest ways to roast brussels sprouts. This just happens to be one of our favorites!


12 oz Mann's Brussel Sprouts
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Slice sprouts in half and place in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and toss until coated well. Spray cookie sheet with a non stick spray and place brussels sprouts evenly on sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, turning sprouts halfway through baking.

Options: Add onion slices before roasting or toss with freshly crumbled bacon after roasting.
