Veggie Chips

Serves 4 | Finish in 45 minutes

An afternoon snack with all the right crunch! These colorful garden veggies are baked to perfection and perfectly paired with our Litehouse Purely Balanced Garden Ranch for dipping.


1 Beet, thinly sliced

1/2 large Sweet Potato, thinly sliced

1/2 large Yam, thinly sliced

3 Carrots, thinly sliced

1/2 head Green Kale, chopped

1/4 cup Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

Purely Balanced Garden Ranch


Toss all the sliced and chopped vegetables in olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

Place all vegetables on a parchment paper linked baking sheet.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and add baking sheet.

Bake vegetables for 30 minutes or until crispy[JK1] .

Finish the vegetables for 2-3 minutes under the broiler, if desired.

Serve with Purely Balanced Garden Ranch.


 [JK1]I know you mentioned that you baked these for 10-15 minutes, but I wasn’t sure that potatoes and beets would cook that quickly at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, so I upped this. But let me know your thoughts!
