Lemon Basil Pasta with Salmon

Serves 1 | Finish in 15 minutes

Simple and light with all the right zest. Reinvigorate your salmon pasta & veggie dish by tossing with our zesty Litehouse Purely Balanced Lemon Basil dressing.


2 cups Salmon Lox

2 cups Asparagus, chopped into 1-inch pieces

1 cup Peas

Basil Leaves to taste

Lemon, cut into wedges

1 box of your favorite Pasta

Cracked Pepper to taste

1/2 cup Purely Balanced Lemon Basil Dressing


Cook pasta according to instructions on box.

Drain and rinse with cold water to chill pasta.

Toss with Purely Balanced Lemon Basil Dressing.

Add asparagus, peas, basil leaves and toss ingredients together.

Season to taste with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
