Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Serves 4 | Finish in 25 minutes


  • 8 oz. rotini pasta
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, finely chopped
  • Diced rotisserie chicken
  • ⅓ c. Litehouse® Purely Balanced Garlic Caesar Greek Yogurt Dressing
  • Croutons
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving



  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and let cool. 
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together cooled pasta, chopped lettuce, chicken and garlic caesar dressing. 
  3. Serve topped with croutons and shaved parmesan cheese.
