- 8 oz. rotini pasta
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, finely chopped
- Diced rotisserie chicken
- ⅓ c. Litehouse® Purely Balanced Garlic Caesar Greek Yogurt Dressing
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together cooled pasta, chopped lettuce, chicken and garlic caesar dressing.
- Serve topped with croutons and shaved parmesan cheese.
