Jim Frank

With over 36 years of grocery retailer experience, Jim’s career began at his family’s grocery store before he joined Albertson’s for the next 26 years, ultimately managing all perishables for the Northwest Region.

In 2006 Jim joined Litehouse as head of sales where his passions brought him to the role of President and CEO. Since 2011, Jim has led with an overarching goal of having company success transcend beyond the business onto employee owners, their families and local communities. Jim illustrates his values through both his professional and personal life. He sits on the Bonner General Hospital Board of Directors and is involved in many other local non-profit organizations.

Jim’s family includes his wife, Julie, daughter Candice, son Conrad with his wife Whitney and granddaughters Tia Grace and Lydia Hope. 

Kelly Prior

Executive VP, CFO

Kelly offers more than 15 years’ of business management and financial experience. His career began with PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he served as Manager of Business Assurance. From there, Kelly moved onto higher education as Director of Internal Audit for Eastern Washington University (his alma mater) before gaining Controller and CFO experience in the Medical industry.

After joining Litehouse in 2002, Kelly worked his way up to CFO by 2005 and became an Executive Vice President in 2010. It is important to Kelly to be a leader in the local community. He is currently on the Executive Board and the Treasurer for Panhandle Alliance for Education, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Sandpoint Area Chamber of Commerce and the Bonner County Economic Development Corp.

Kelly’s family includes his wife Diane and two sons, Jackson and Parker. 

Dan Hoffman

Sr. VP Operations

With a history in large scale, international and multi-plant operations throughout a variety of industries, Dan’s 20 plus years of experience in processing makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership team. His early career took him from Honeywell Electronics to Hollister-Stier Pharmaceuticals where he gained an impressive breadth of experience.

Dan joined Litehouse in 2013 as our operations lead, who is responsible for manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions for all Litehouse facilities. Dan’s passion shines through with his dedication towards ensuring all Litehouse products meet the highest standards of quality. With Dan’s extensive technical experience and educational background, it might surprise many that he is known as our resident poet!

Dan’s family includes wife Hilary and five children, Danny, Nicole, Sasha, Rachael and Tia.

Brent Carr

Sr. VP Sales & Marketing

“Developing superb leadership skills is equally important at the office and the home.”

Brent offers over 30 years of sales and leadership experience. Starting his career with Colgate-Palmolive, Brent was recruited by Fresh Express which marked his entry into the produce industry. 

Joining Litehouse in 2009 as a Regional Manager for Value Added, Brent’s value was immediately apparent. After ascending through management, Brent was promoted in 2015 to the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing position. Brent is a leader in his church and involved in Boy Scouts of America. His own days of playing college baseball led Brent to be an involved youth sports coach, known also for driving corporate motivation with well-played sports analogies. 

Brent’s family includes his wife, Lorri, and four children; Ashley (husband Judd), Scott (wife Karli), Chad (wife Katie) Kimberly and one beautiful granddaughter, Addison.
