Our Blue and Gorgonzola cheese is aged for a 100 days to perfection. While aging, they are hand-turned to ensure the creamy, full-flavor that you know and love.
Adhering to traditional techniques, our master cheesemakers use time-tested recipes to give each wheel of our Blue and Gorgonzola cheese the robust, high-quality flavor you’re looking for.
We craft our Blue and Gorgonzola cheese using farm-raised cow's milk sourced locally from the Pacific Northwest. The high-quality whey from our cheese making process is then used to make buttermilk for our Litehouse dressings.
