Following a 100 year tradition, our handcrafted artisan cheeses are born from cultures originating in the caves of Roquefort, France using local milk that is both rBST and gluten-free.
AGED TO PERFECTION
Every wheel of our Blue and Gorgonzola cheese is aged for a full 100 days. While aging, they are hand-turned to ensure the creamy, full-flavor that you know and love.
Adhering to traditional techniques, our master cheesemakers use special, time-tested recipes to give each wheel the robust, high-quality flavor you’re looking for.
We craft our cheese from the milk of local, farm-raised cows, and we use the high-quality whey from our cheesemaking for the buttermilk in our Litehouse dressings.
