Adhering to traditional techniques, our master cheesemakers use time-tested recipes to give each wheel of our Blue and Gorgonzola cheese the robust, high-quality flavor you’re looking for.
We craft our Blue and Gorgonzola cheese from the milk of local, farm-raised cows, and use the high-quality whey from the cheesemaking for the buttermilk in our Litehouse dressings.
