A refreshing pita with fruit and veggies!
1 lb. cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
4 pitas (flour or whole wheat), cut in half
8 lettuce leaves
Litehouse® Coleslaw or Litehouse® Buttermilk Ranch
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir together (except pitas and lettuce leaves). Place the lettuce leaves inside the pita and fill with 1/3 cup of the mixture.
