Wrap up your salad in these easy to take along wraps!
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves ½ cup + 2 tbsp Litehouse Lite Caesar Dressing, divided (or Litehouse Homestyle Ranch, Litehouse Caesar, or Litehouse Lite Ranch Dressing) 4 cups (10 oz) romaine lettuce leaves, torn ½ cup black olives, sliced 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut into halves 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese alfalfa sprouts (optional) 4 (6-inch) whole wheat tortillas (or pita rounds, cut in half)
Brush both sides of chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons dressing. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill chicken 5 inches from heat source 6 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Slice crosswise into ¼-inch slices. Combine lettuce, chicken, olives, tomatoes and cheese in large bowl; toss with remaining ½ cup dressing. Mound mixture in center of tortilla. Top with alfalfa sprouts, if desired. Ross up. If using pita round, cut in half and stuff with mixture, topping with alfalfa sprouts.
