Chinese Chicken Salad Wrap

Serves 2 | Finish in 25 minutes

The perfect Chinese Chicken salad or wrap with a wonderful mix of vegetables, chicken, wonton noodels, topped off with Litehouse Sesame Ginger salad dressing!


1/2 lb. asparagus, trimmed to small/medium pieces
2-3 mandarin or navel oranges
1 to 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 fresh wontons cut into strips
6 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups cooked chicken, cut in cubes
1 large avocado, sliced
3 onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds 
Large flour tortillas (for wrap)(optional)

Boil 1 quart water, add asparagus and cook about 2-3 minutes(until crisp/tender). Drain, the put asparagus into ice water to stop it from cooking. Set aside. Peel oranges and slice, then set aside. Pour vegetable oil into pan (1/2 deep) and set on medium-high heat. At 350 degrees, add wonton strips and fry until golden brown (about 30 seconds). Lift out with slotted spoon and drain oil. In a larger serving bowl, toss cabbage, chicken, and asparagus with Litehouse® Sesame Ginger dressing. Top with avocado, orange slices, and wonton strips, then add the green onions and sesame seeds. Can also put into wrap.
