• Strawberry Wedge Salad

Even though I love fancy greens like arugula, radicchio and kale, I’m so happy that a simple wedge salad is back in style.  This dish, a hunk of iceberg lettuce doused in creamy dressing, cheese and other toppings, was a staple at every fancy dinner party and expensive steak house in the 60s and 70s. My recipe for Spring Strawberry Wedge Salad kicks up this classic with fit, fresh seasonal flavors that are perfect for any upcoming celebration.

  • Celebrate Spring with Feta Dill Spring Salad

I was just about ready to pack away my sweaters and boots last week when Wisconsin had one of the biggest snow storms of the winter in the middle of April. My grass that was starting to green and the little tulips that were poking their heads through the ground were covered in inches of snow and nowhere to be seen. • If You're Entertaining This Spring, You Can't Go Wrong With Avocado Cilantro Corn Dip

Everybody is waiting for the feel of Spring because it sure doesn't feel like it! We had two Spring snowstorms that made everyone want to move South. All of the typical Spring activities have been canceled for the last few weeks and the kids are itching to play baseball and soccer! My favorite part of the warmer weather is the outdoor barbecues. It was about two years ago at a pool party that I first encountered corn dip. To say it was delicious is an understatement.
