Litehouse Adds Two Senior Hires to Support Brand Growth

Leading CPG Company Appoints Andy Juarez as Vice President of Operations and

Ryan Whitchurch as Director of Consumer Marketing  

SANDPOINT, Idaho, March 2, 2023 – Litehouse, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company and leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, cheese and other innovative consumer packaged goods, today announced the appointment of Andy Juarez as Vice President of Operations and Ryan Whitchurch as Director of Consumer Marketing.

Juarez joins Litehouse with 18 years of engineering experience at Tree Top where he led multi-site operations, maintenance and engineering. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Juarez has developed and executed successful capital improvement programs around innovation and cost savings to support growth. In his role as Vice President of Operations, Juarez will utilize his strong background in processing, strategic planning, and problem solving to lead all aspects of manufacturing, quality and R&D, and engineering at Litehouse, including driving the company’s focus on lean manufacturing principles, best practices, and personnel development.

Whitchurch brings years of integrated marketing experience from top agencies including Edelman, Catalyst/Endeavor and Ketchum, where he worked with globally recognized brands, including Procter & Gamble, Pernod Ricard, Sunkist, Samsung, Visa, PayPal and Michelin/BFGoodrich. As Director of Consumer Marketing, he will drive strategy for integrated marketing campaigns and lead agency teams and partners across shopper and digital marketing, social, PR and advertising programs.

Both new hires will support the Litehouse Inc. portfolio of brands including, Veggiecraft Farms, Sky Valley and Organicville.
