Spinach Parmesan Crostini Recipe

Serves 6-8 | Finish in 15 minutes

This easy Spinach Parmesan Crostini appetizer is perfect for last minute gatherings or to serve at holiday parties and comes together in 15 minutes.


  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½” slices
  • Litehouse® Spinach Parmesan Dip
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan shreds
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat broiler to high. Lay out baguette slices onto a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil. Toast until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of Spinach Parmesan Dip onto each slice of baguette. Top with pine nuts, parmesan shreds and fresh basil. Serve warm.
