This easy Spinach Parmesan Crostini appetizer is perfect for last minute gatherings or to serve at holiday parties and comes together in 15 minutes.
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½” slices
- Litehouse® Spinach Parmesan Dip
- 1/3 cup Parmesan shreds
- ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Olive oil
- Preheat broiler to high. Lay out baguette slices onto a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil. Toast until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Spinach Parmesan Dip onto each slice of baguette. Top with pine nuts, parmesan shreds and fresh basil. Serve warm.
