Jalapeno Ranch Fish Tacos

Serves 6-8 | Finish in 30 minutes

Add a little bite with Jalapeno Ranch to this summertime seasonal favorite.


½ qt. oil to fry fish
1 lb. Tilapia fillets, cut into 2 to 3 oz. portions
1 package of Fish fry mix
1 tsp. fresh jalapeno, diced
1¼ cups milk
1 package corn tortillas
½ large head shredded cabbage
1 avocado
1 tomato, diced
OPA by Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch or Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch


Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375°. Place the milk and fish fry mix in separate bowls. Add the diced jalapeno to the fish fry mix. Dip fish pieces in the milk and then dunk them into the fry mix. Fry until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Spray a skillet with cooking oil and then warm the corn tortillas by turning them once or twice over low heat. To serve, place fried fish in a tortilla, and top with shredded cabbage. Drizzle over top OPA by Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch.
