1 center cut Simply Artisan Reserve Gorgonzola Cheese
2 Tbls. sliced black olives
1 Tbls. diced red pepper
1. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese in a bowl.
2. Shape the cheese into 7 small balls.
3. Place one sliced black olive in the center of each gorgonzola ball.
4. Place one diced red pepper in the center of the black olive.
