Ingredients: 1 lbs Pork Sausage; 1 ½ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded; 1 ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded; ½ cup Black Olives, sliced; ½ cup Red or Green Bell Peppers, chopped; 1 ea Wonton Wrappers, package (50 count); 1 cup Litehouse® Salsa Ranch Dressing; 1 cup Jalapeno Ranch

Ingredients

1 lbsPork Sausage
1 ½ cupSharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 ½ cupMonterey Jack Cheese, shredded
½ cupBlack Olives, sliced
½ cupRed or Green Bell Peppers, chopped
1 eaWonton Wrappers, package (50 count)
1 cupLitehouse® Salsa Ranch Dressing

Or any of the following:

1 cupJalapeno Ranch

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Stirring frequently, cook the sausage in a skillet until brown and crumbly. Once finished, drain well. Combine sausage, cheese, olives, peppers and Litehouse® Dressing in a bowl and mix well. Brush both sides of won ton wrappers with vegetable oil and fit into lightly sprayed mini muffin cups. Bake for 5 min or until light brown. Fill the cups 2/3 full with the sausage mixture. Bake for 7 minutes longer or until the cheese melts. Remove from the muffin cups immediately. Serve hot or cold.
