Vinaigrette-and-Dill-Tossed Baby Dutch Potatoes

Serves 4 | Finish in 20 minutes

Steamed Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes tossed with Litehouse  Red Wine and Olive Oil Dressing and Litehouse Instantly Fresh Dill make a side dish that’s quick, easy to make, and memorably delicious. 


1.5 lbs. of Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (or Yukon Gold), washed and dried
3 Tbsp. Litehouse® Red Wine Olive Oil Vinaigrette
1 tsp. Kosher salt or to taste
1 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Dill


Place potatoes in a microwavable bowl and cook until tender (approximately 15 minutes). Remove potatoes from microwave and allow them to sit for five minutes.
Add Litehouse® dressing and salt. Stir gently with a silicon or wooden spoon to distribute dressing and salt throughout potatoes.
Sprinkle Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Dill over potatoes and serve.
