2 slices turkey bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled 1½ cups cubed cooked turkey breast (about ½ lb) 2 medium tomatoes cut into thin wedges ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce ½ cup Litehouse Bacon Bleu Cheese Dressing, Lite Bleu Cheese,Original Blue Cheese, Chunky Bleu Cheese, or Yogurt Kefir Bleu Cheese Dressing Croutons
In a large bowl, mix lettuce and turkey. Arrange salad on a serving platter. Arrange tomatoes, cheese, and bacon over top. Drizzle on Litehouse Bacon Bleu Cheese Dressing (or substitute). Top with croutons.
