Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Serves 4 | Finish in 40 minutes

This low-calorie meal comes together quickly for appetizers, lunch or dinner.


1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Instantly Fresh Ginger
1 teaspoon Instantly Fresh Lemongrass
3 heads Boston lettuce
1 cup carrot and cabbage coleslaw blend
1 cup bean sprouts
2 green onions sliced
½ cup Litehouse Thai Peanut dressing
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds


Thinly slice the chicken and place it in a shallow bowl. Season is generously with salt and pepper. Stir in the olive oil, soy sauce, ginger and lemongrass. Cover and allow to sit for 30 minutes to marinate.
