4 6 ounce salmon fillets,
1 cup Litehouse Tangy Orange Citrus dressing,
½ cup crushed pistachios
1. Lay each fillet of salmon flat in a 13x9 baking dish. Pour the Litehouse Tangy Orange Citrus dressing over the top, evenly covering each salmon fillet. Allow the salmon to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and discard the marinade. Lay each salmon fillet onto cedar planks that have been soaked in water for at least 1 hour. Divide the pistachios evenly amongst the 4 fillets and sprinkle over the tops.
3. Place the cedar planks onto a preheated grill and cover, cooking for 15-20 minutes. Remove the cedar planks from the grill and plate the salmon.
